The Eastern City BID invites you to our Annual General Meeting. Representatives from levy-paying businesses are classed as ‘members’ for the purposes of the meeting and are eligible to vote on company matters.

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Eastern City Business Improvement District will be held on:

• Date: Thursday 17 September 2026
• Time: 6-7pm
• Venue: Myo Offices, 69 Old Broad Street

The meeting will provide an opportunity to review the BID’s activity and performance during 2025/26, consider the annual accounts and look ahead to priorities for the coming year.
