The Eastern City BID invites you to our Annual General Meeting. Representatives from levy-paying businesses are classed as ‘members’ for the purposes of the meeting and are eligible to vote on company matters.

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Eastern City Business Improvement District will be held on:

Date: Thursday 17 September 2026
Time: 18:00 – 19:00
Venue: Eastern City BID Office – Dashwood House, 69 Old Broad Street, EC2M 1QS
The meeting will provide an opportunity to review the BID’s activity and performance during 2025/26, meet the Executive Team and look ahead to priorities for the coming year. The meeting formalities will be followed by drinks and canapés.
