Join Our Safer City on 4 December for an online webinar exploring VAWG, sexual harassment and workplace safety, particularly in the context of Christmas parties and other seasonal events.

The session will be delivered by Shital Vara, a specialist trauma-informed trainer and consultant with expertise in safeguarding and domestic abuse.

Designed for people responsible for others’ safety at work, including HR professionals, security managers and line managers, the session will explore workplace responsibilities, harmful attitudes and behaviours, barriers to speaking up, and practical ways employers can prevent and respond to harassment. We’ll also share ideas for planning safer celebrations in the City and signpost to Our Safer City initiatives and partner resources.
