Be part of a CPR World Record Attempt

  • Tuesday 22 – Wednesday 23 September 2026
  • Tower Suites by Blue Orchid Hospitality, 100 Minories, London EC3N 1JY

Could you help make history – and learn a skill that could save a life?

The Central London Alliance is bringing a major GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ title attempt to the Eastern City, aiming to set a new record for the most people participating in a CPR relay.

Taking place over 39 consecutive hours at Tower Suites by Blue Orchid Hospitality, the challenge aims to involve and train 4,000 people in CPR, creating a lasting legacy of thousands more people equipped with vital lifesaving skills.

Participants will take their turn performing CPR on a training manikin as part of one continuous relay. When booking, you’ll select a 30-minute arrival slot, with teams on hand to help you practise before taking part.

No previous CPR training? No problem.
Everyone taking part needs to be CPR trained, but you don’t need to already hold a certificate when you register. You’ll be provided with access to free online CPR training from the British Heart Foundation, which takes around 15 minutes and can be completed at home before the event.

There will also be opportunities to learn additional lifesaving skills, including Stop the Bleed training with the City of London Police, as well as giveaways and prizes for participants.
