Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG): Everyone’s Business
Join Our Safer City for a practical, collaborative conversation about the actions we can take.
VAWG and domestic abuse takes more than action from any one organisation or service. It means looking across the whole system, including the support available to people affected and the cultural norms and expectations that influence society, and identifying what each of us can do to make a difference.
Join Our Safer City for a practical, collaborative conversation about the actions we can take. Hear from our expert panel members in business, local government, policing, women’s safety campaigning and specialist services, and take part in exploring solutions that move from understanding the scale of the problem into making meaningful change.
Lunch will be provided.
When: Friday 20 November, 10am-2pm
Where: The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London SE1 9SG
