The Wellverse Takeover: ROWBOTS – Strength & Sweat
This full body strength & conditioning class is designed to build strength, improve fitness and develop overall athleticism. Our coaches will guide you through a variety of functional movements, leaving you feeling empowered, well-worked and ready for whatever the rest of your day brings.
Beyond the physical, this session is about shifting your mindset – focusing on action over outcomes, building momentum, and embracing the mental clarity that comes from being fully immersed in the process.
