Eastern City Businesses Invited to Take Part in The Mile Between Us Cup 2026
Eastern City BID is partnering with Providence Row for the launch of The Mile Between Us Cup 2026, a new corporate football tournament bringing together businesses from across the City for a day of football, fundraising and community spirit.
Taking place at Shoreditch Powerleague, the tournament will see 20 teams from sectors including finance, law, insurance, media and tech compete in a five-a-side format, with group stages, knockout rounds and both Cup and Plate competitions throughout the day.
The City-wide tournament in partnership with Eastern City BID, is helping connect businesses from across the Square Mile while supporting the work of Providence Row.
Providence Row has been supporting homeless and vulnerable people in east London since 1860, providing services that help people move towards greater stability and independence.
The tournament is open to all genders, abilities and ages, with teams encouraged to take part whether they are competitive players or simply looking for a fun team day out with colleagues.

- Tournament takes place Friday 17 July, 12-4pm followed by networking drinks
- Shoreditch Powerleague

- Seven players per squad including substitutes

- £500 entry per team
- Friends, family and colleagues are also welcome to come along and support on the day.
