We’re asking people who work in the Eastern City to take a short survey about how the area is recognised and experienced. Your feedback is important and helps us shape future improvements across the district.

The survey only takes a few minutes. All answers are anonymous unless you choose to enter the prize draw.

Eastern City BID Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions (Workers Only)

1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is the Eastern City Business Improvement District (BID) (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility
Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
Entrants must work in the Eastern City area as indicated on the map(around Bishopsgate, Liverpool Street, Leadenhall, East Cheap and Fenchurch Street and surrounding streets).
Only one entry per person is permitted.
To qualify, entrants must provide a verifiable work email address associated with their employer.
Visitors and residents who do not work in the Eastern City are not eligible for this prize draw.

3. Entry Requirements
To enter the prize draw, entrants must:

Complete the full Eastern City Brand Survey; and
Provide a valid, verifiable work email address at the end of the survey.
Email verification rules:
A work email must be company-issued (e.g., name@organisation.com).
Generic or unverifiable email addresses (e.g., Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo) will not be accepted.
The Eastern City BID will verify all work emails.
Unverifiable entries will be removed from the draw.
Survey responses remain anonymous unless contact details are voluntarily provided.

4. Prizes
There are two prizes, both awarded to workers who meet the eligibility and email verification requirements:

Prize 1 – Luxurious Spa Package for Two and Afternoon Tea
A Day spa experience for two people plus Afternoon Tea at Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge.

Prize 2 – “A View to Dine For” Dining Experience
A premium dining experience for two guests including: A window table,
Champagne on arrival, and The Signature Menu at Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay, 22 Bishopsgate.

Additional prize terms:
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Prize providers’ own terms and conditions may apply.

5. Prize Draw and Winner Selection
The prize draw will take place within 14 days of the survey closing date.
Two winners will be selected at random from eligible verified entries.
Winners will be contacted using the work email address provided.
If a winner does not respond within 10 working days, the Promoter reserves the right to select another entrant.

6. Data Protection
Email addresses will be used solely for administering the prize draw unless additional opt-in consent is provided.
Survey responses remain anonymous unless participants choose to leave contact details.
All personal data will be handled in accordance with the Eastern City BID Privacy Notice and applicable data protection laws.

7. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
The Promoter is not responsible for lost, invalid, incomplete or unverifiable entries.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Winners may be asked for permission to share their first name and organisation for promotional purposes; this is voluntary.
The survey closes at 23:59 GMT, Wednesday 3rd December 2025.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
