Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   • This competition is open to UK residents only.
   • Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
   • Employees, agents, or affiliates of The Eastern City Business Improvement District (BID) and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
2. Entry Requirements:
   • Participants must sign up for the competition via the designated email sign-up form on www.easterncity.co.uk/competition.
   • Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries using multiple email addresses will be disqualified.
   • By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from the Eastern City BID. You can unsubscribe at any time.
3. Prize Details:
   • 1st Prize: The SENSORY Wellbeing Spa Experience for Two at Pan Pacific London includes a 60-minute holistic massage in the couples treatment suite, four hours of access to the SENSORY Wellbeing floor, and a complimentary glass of Champagne per person.
   • 2nd & 3rd Prizes: £100 City Gift Cards can be spent at participating businesses in the City of London. The list of participating venues can be found at [link].
   • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes.
4. Prize Redemption:
   • The SENSORY Wellbeing Spa Experience is subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Blackout dates, including public holidays, may apply.
   • The £100 City Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
5. Winner Selection and Notification:
   • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible email sign-ups after the competition closes.
   • Winners will be notified via the email address provided at sign-up within 7 days of the closing date.
   • Winners must respond to the notification email within 7 days to claim their prize. If no response is received, an alternative winner will be selected.
6. General Conditions:
   • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
   • By entering, winners consent to their name being used in promotional material related to the competition (e.g., announcement emails or website updates).
   • The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
7. Data Protection:
   • Personal data collected during the competition will be processed in accordance with Eastern City BID’s Privacy Policy, available at www.easterncity.co.uk/privacy.
   • Data will be used solely for the purposes of administering this competition and sending marketing communications if consented to. Data will not be shared with third parties without consent.
8. Disclaimer:
   • The promoter is not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues, including but not limited to website errors or email delivery failures.
   • Any disputes will be resolved at the promoter’s discretion.
