Reformer Pilates

Our Dynamic Reformer Pilates combines strength and conditioning with elements of traditional Pilates. Expect a low impact, highly effective full body workout designed to get you in shape, improve overall strength, flexibility, balance and posture in a safe and fun workout instructed by highly qualified teachers.

If you are a beginner or if you haven’t done Pilates before, the focus is on understanding how the core muscles work and beginning to improve your general strength, flexibility and posture.

If you are intermediate to advanced Tougher progressions will be introduced to regular practitioners to increase the effort and control required, improving overall strength, endurance, boost energy and burn calories faster.
