‘It’s love, I think’, installation by Eve De Haans at Broadworks Cafe.

Boasting a saturated world of pink and neon, Hive Curates in partnership with Eastern City BID presents the launch of ‘It’s love, I think’, an immersive artist takeover by Eve De Haan.

Opening on the 15th of May, De Haan playfully transforms Broadworks Cafe into a captivating neon pink sanctuary, set within the heart of our often grey city. The exhibition explores notions of nostalgia, featuring vintage arcade games and a record player, alongside a selection of De Haan’s signature neon artworks. Embracing bold pinks and radiant light, this is a safe space for retreat, encouraging joy, positivity and wellbeing, through the celebration of art, music and connection under one roof.

Through a seamless blend of music, art and taste, Hive Curates and Eve De Haan invite you to join an evening curated for your senses. In collaboration with Blendsmiths, De Haan’s cafe will be serving the taste of love, through sweet aromatic notes in its signature Pink Chai Latte. The launch night will also feature an exclusive set by boundary-defying DJ Linett Kamala, bringing the warmth and vibrant energy of Notting Hill Carnival to Old Broad Street.

Enjoy your pre-stamped loyalty card and exclusive signature drinks, including: The Pink Chai Latte, Espresso Martini and Pink Gin. Our cafe also features Camden Coffee Roastery coffee, Blendsmiths Pink Chai, Masala Chai and hot chocolate, and Jenki matcha.

In the spirit of love, 10% of profits will go to Choose Love, in partnership with Eastern City BID, helping to support women and children in need.
