Help shape the identity of the Eastern City — and you could win a luxury experience
The Eastern City BID is launching a short, anonymous survey inviting everyone who works in the district to share their views on what the area means, how it’s experienced, and what could be improved. Responses will play a key role in shaping the future of this vibrant part of the City of London.
Why your voice matters
Whether you’re based near Liverpool Street, Leadenhall Street, East Cheap or the wider Eastern City district: your experience helps define how the area evolves. By taking just a few minutes to click through the survey, you’ll be helping to inform decisions around improvements, branding, amenities and workspace-life in the district.

Who can enter
You must work in the Eastern City area (as shown on the map: around Bishopsgate, Liverpool Street, Leadenhall, East Cheap, Fenchurch Street and surrounding streets).
You must be aged 18 or over.
One entry per person.
To enter the draw you’ll need to provide a verifiable work email address at the end of the survey (generic webmail accounts like Gmail or Yahoo are not accepted).
Survey responses stay anonymous unless you choose to provide contact details.
How to take part
Simply click the survey link on the Eastern City website (or follow the prompt from the BID page), complete the quick questionnaire, and if you wish to be considered for the draw, provide your valid company email. The survey closes at 23:59 GMT on Wednesday 3 December 2025 — so make sure you enter before then.

influence how Eastern City is recognised and experienced,
help shape future facilities, events and work-life balance for the area,
contribute to the district’s brand and identity, making it a more vibrant and appealing place to work.

Two winners will be selected at random from eligible verified entries within 14 days of survey closing.
Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash.
Winners may be asked for permission to share their first name and organisation for promotional purposes (voluntary).
The promoter (Eastern City BID) reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the draw if necessary.
The draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
