As we approach the end of our first five‑year term and prepare for the 2027 Eastern City Business Improvement District (BID) Ballot, we’re inviting everyone who works in the district to help define the next phase of the Eastern City.

This survey is one of the most important tools we use to understand the needs of our business community. In less than 10 minutes, you can influence how we prioritise investment, deliver services, enhance the public space and support the people who power Eastern City every day.
